I felt calm, peaceful, and present.

I realized that I have all the answers I’m looking for.

I’m more familiar with how happiness and peacefulness feels in my body, which will help me find this place more often.

I needed this time to see what it is I want in my life and know what I don’t want.

My mind was quiet because I was simply present in the moment.
