I understand that it’s difficult to commit to fixed times of the week, so I’ve been thinking about how I can help and am excited to tell you that I’ve come up with a solution! It’s an option that offers you greater flexibility while building on the work you have done with me so far, particularly the Journalling with ACT course. Through one-to-one work with me you will have the opportunity to continue to use your journal to help you stay on track with living a life in alignment with your values.
You would work with me at times that suit you, (it doesn’t need to be weekly), and for how long suits you. For example, you may wish to just do a quick check in. This way you can have flexibility, support and accountability over an extended period of time.
Prices will vary depending on how you choose to set up your plan. Here’s an example:
Plan:
• 1 initial Zoom call to set up your plan (30 mins)
• 5 x 40 minute sessions
• 5 x 20 minute check-in sessions
• A follow up email after each session with personalised journal prompts.
