I'm Jacqueline, a mindfulness teacher specialising in journaling courses, workshops and resources, online.
I'm a professional member of the Teach Mindfulness Academy, and one of the co-authors of Mindfulness for Transformation. I was a teacher for over twenty years before training to become a mindfulness teacher.
Writing has always been a part of my life, and mindful journaling has helped me to make sense of my thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It has also helped me find direction in my life by tapping into my inner wisdom. I now love sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
