Hi, I’m Jacqueline. I am a Mindfulness teacher specialising in Mindful Journalling which I am passionate about sharing with other midlife women, mindfulness practitioners, and coaches through my online courses and workshops.
I have worked in collaboration with bestselling author and Mindfulness teacher, Shamash Alidina. This led me to me becoming one of the co-authors of Mindfulness for Transformation along with other members of the Teach Mindfulness Community. I am a proud member of the Complementary Medical Association.
When I was still a primary teacher in 2015 I was introduced to Mindfulness as an effective way of reducing overwhelm. It became a way of living. I even applied it to my own journalling which was transformative in helping me to make senses of and manage my thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I later integrated ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training) which empowered me to live my life in a way that is meaningful to me in alignment with my own values.
I dedicate my time to creating a supportive online space for my students and have had the pleasure of meeting many wise souls along the way.
When I’m not teaching you can find me enjoying walks in the countryside of Catalonia, Spain where I live, or the pretty Suffolk countryside around my UK hometown.
Jacqueline
